Electrostatic Talc Powder Coating Machine
The issue of PVC, Miko, Talc Powder, Grovit, and various other powder types not adhering to the cable surface in round and flat cable production lines has been resolved by our R&D team. Additionally, problems such as powder dispersion into the environment, air pollution, humid powder, gun nozzle wear, and coating interruptions due to faulty guns in powder machines have also been eliminated.
High-Speed Cable Dryers
The dryers are manufactured from 7000 series aluminum and coated with hard anodized finishing. Our products are designed to be compatible with the required cable diameters, starting from a minimum of Ø6mm (0.236") up to a maximum diameter specified by the company. The standard production range is between Ø6mm (0.236") and Ø100mm (3.937").
