Electrostatic Talc Coating Machine

The issue of PVC, Miko, Talc Powder, Grovit, and various other powder types not adhering to the cable surface in round and flat cable production lines has been resolved by our R&D team. Additionally, problems such as powder dispersion into the environment, air pollution, humid powder, gun nozzle wear, and coating interruptions due to faulty guns in powder machines have also been eliminated.

Powder Coating Machine

This machine combines 10 years of expertise and technological advancements with modern innovations. It ensures a 100% dust-free working environment during talc or powder coating processes, providing maximum efficiency and ease of use. Developed and manufactured as a result of R&D efforts, electrostatic talc powder coating machines are designed to fully meet customer needs.

Our electrostatic powder coating system contains a total of 5 filters: 4 main filters and 1 exhaust filter. The main filter group is equipped with sensors that detect potential tears or leaks. If a malfunction occurs, the machine provides an automatic warning. Even if the 4 main filters develop leaks or tears, the system prevents dust dispersion and environmental pollution, as the 5th line filter ensures continued operation until the main filters are replaced.

The automatic sieve system in the powder feeding chamber prevents foreign particles and dirt from entering the machine, thereby eliminating clogs in ejectors and spray guns.

All components and equipment used in the machine are of European origin. Additionally, upon customer request, different brands and components from various countries can be integrated.

The machine features a heating system designed to remove moisture from talc powder, ensuring a more homogeneous structure.

To prevent issues caused by water in compressed air lines at production facilities, the machine is equipped with a self-operating automatic water drainage system.

To protect against power fluctuations, a UPS system can be integrated and shipped with the machine.

For high-pressure extruder cable processing, the machine features an automatic suction system to remove accumulated powder inside the extruder head.

A 150L stock cabinet can be integrated into the machine, allowing for automatic powder feeding. This stock cabinet includes its own heating, foaming, vibrating sieve, and an automatic filter cleaning (shaking) system to prevent dust dispersion during feeding.

Electrostatic powder coating machines are designed to reduce production costs while increasing efficiency, fully meeting industry demands.

The manufactured and sold machines prevent dust from escaping the room during cable powdering, thanks to suction channels placed at the entry and exit points. As a result, excessive dust does not accumulate on the material, preventing dust buildup around the machine.

Machine Components

Control Panel

A control panel with a user-friendly interface that ensures easy operation. By default, the system is operated with simple buttons, but it can also be produced with a touchscreen upon customer request.

Extruder Vacuum Equipment

It extracts dust accumulated inside the extruder head and transfers it to the machine’s powder chamber. Additionally, in high-pressure cable production, it prevents swelling caused by excessive powder on the cable.

Filtration System

The new generation advanced 4-piece Teflon filter is equipped with a quick and hassle-free replacement system. Additionally, the single extra filter at the machine's outlet prevents even a minimal amount of dust from being released.

Powder Room

A standard powder chamber for speeds up to 600 m/min, permanently mounted or optionally available as an independent modular system (up to a maximum distance of 3 meters from the electrostatic talc powdering machine). Optionally, an additional 4 or 6-gun system is available for powdering processes at high speeds of up to 1500 m/min.

150-Liter Additional Powder Storage and Feeding Cabinet

The machine has an internal powder storage capacity of 90 liters. When additional capacity is required, a 150-liter extra cabinet is available. It operates in integration with the machine, automatically drawing powder from the cabinet and providing minimum and maximum level warnings. Additionally, it can be adapted to different brands and models of powder machines.
