Cable Dryers
The dryers are manufactured from 7000 series aluminum, with surfaces coated with hard anodized protection. Our products are designed for the desired cable diameters, with a minimum of Ø6mm (0.236″) and a maximum determined by the company’s production specifications. Our standard production range is between Ø6mm (0.236″) and Ø100mm (3.937″).
For wires used in copper and wire drawing lines, the dryers can operate at speeds of up to 600 m/min for wire diameters ranging from Ø0.3mm (0.118″) to Ø3.5mm (1.377″). In copper and wire drawing lines, plastic PVC models are commonly used.
Note: The appropriate dryer and connection apparatus should be selected based on the table below for the cables or wires to be dried. For dimensions outside the standard product range, please request a quotation from our sales department. Additionally, if multiple dryers need to be connected in sequence on a line (for example, if the diameter differences of the cables or wires in the line are large), it is recommended to consult our sales department to determine the most suitable option. In this case, our company will conduct the necessary study to provide you with a suitable connection apparatus and dryers, ensuring a prompt response.
Commissioning
The air dryers are manufactured in our company and are made ready for shipment within 2 weeks following the confirmation of the order, in accordance with the required cable diameters.
For Turkey, installation can be carried out by our company based on customer requests. Additionally, installation and assembly are free of charge for orders of 3 or more cable dryers.
For countries outside Turkey, installation and commissioning are free of charge for orders of 25 or more cable dryers.
Warning
Limescale buildup may occur in dryers due to external factors such as lime in the water used in cable lines. To prevent this, one HSAWC-coded cleaner will be provided free of charge for orders of 1 or more dryers.
Usage instructions for the cleaner:
• Mix with water at a 1:9 ratio.
• Let it sit for 30 minutes, then wipe with a cloth and dry with air.
• The recommended cleaning interval is at least once a month.
Warranty
Our products are covered under our company's warranty for 1 year from the shipment date. However, the warranty does not cover damages caused by the cable hitting the dryer or wear due to friction between the cable and the dryer.
Delivery
15 days after the confirmation of the order, the product will be dispatched from our factory for installation at your company.
Connection Apparatus
Our connection apparatus is manufactured in standard sizes and can also be specially designed and produced according to the dimensions of the pool or machine to which it will be connected.
At the cable entry and exit points, centering rollers are used to ensure that the cable or wire passing through the dryer remains centrally aligned.
